DESCRIPTION:This year marks an important occasion for SLAAB as we plan to host our Inaugural Sri Lankan Dinner Dance\, ‘Rhythms & Tastes of Sri Lanka’ in Ballarat on Saturday 21st October 2023 at the North Ballarat Sports Club. This event promises to be a delightful celebration\, featuring a scrumptious array of authentic Sri Lankan cuisine\, delightful live music by an 8-piece band\, and various entertainment activities that will appeal to all ages. \nImportantly\, net proceeds generated from this event will be kindly donated to Fiona Elsey Cancer Research Institute of Ballarat and the Apeksha Cancer Hospital in Maharagama\, Sri Lanka in support of the incredible work done by both these organisations. \nWe hereby invite you to save the date now and join us in celebrating the grandeur of Sri Lanka and contributing towards 2 incredibly worthy causes. \nThe SLAAB committee are hard at work in order to make this event a resounding success in every aspect.
