Sri Lankan New Year Festival 2026

Sri Lankan New Year Festival 2026 will be held on April 26th, starting from 10:00 am onwards at the Brown Hill Community Hall. As per tradition, we will commence with the formalities of welcoming our guests, Lighting of the Oil lamp, Boiling Milk ceremony, and the Avurudhu Kavili Table. Following these rituals, many entertaining activities and games will be suitable for all age groups throughout the afternoon. Tea, coffee, and soft drinks will be readily available during the event. The festivities will culminate in a delectable dinner accompanied by live music continuing into the night.
